PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize automatic control for judging the amount of water load with a detection temperature variation speed before the temperature detected with a temperature sensor is saturated, and accurately detecting a boil according to the amount of water load. SOLUTION: An induction heating cooke has a heating container 1, a heating coil 2, a top plate 3, a temperature sensor 4, a temperature detecting part 5, a power control part 6, a high frequency power source part 7, a time measuring part 8 for measuring time required when temperature receiving from the temperature detecting part 5 varies between the specified temperatures, and a power supply extending part 11 which delays the operation of the power control part 6 with the time receiving from the time measuring part 8. The amount of water load is judged from the time required to very between the specified temperatures measured with the time measuring part 8, and the operation of the power control part 6 is delayed by the time required to boil the amount of water judged. Thereby, after water is surely boiled, input voltage is lowered so as to keep the boiling state. |
