PURPOSE:To obtain the subject foam, excellent in adhesion to surface materials with hardly any voids by reacting a specific polyol component with an isocyanate component in the presence of a foaming agent containing water, a specified foam stabilizer and a catalyst. CONSTITUTION:The objective non-fluorocarbon foam is obtained by reacting (A) a polyol component of (i) 65-85wt.% polyol, prepared by adding ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to tolylenediamine and having 270-330 OH value and (ii) 15-35wt.% polyol, obtained by adding propylene oxide to methylglucoside and having 400-460 OH value with (B) an isocyanate component such as preferably diphenylmethane diisocyanate in the presence of (C) a foaming agent containing water, (D) a foam stabilizer which is a polyalkylene glycol silicone block copolymer expressed by the formula [Z is (CH3)a-(OC2H4)b-(OC3H6)c-OCH3; (a) is 3; (b) is 18-22; (c) is 6-10; (x) is 1-3; (y) is 10-14] and (E) a catalyst. |
