The machine has two levers of the second type causing displacement of jaws carrying rolling tools which act on the generatrix of the part and forming under pressure, with equal movement and direction. The part is mounted on a driven platform, fastened by a vertical clamping screw. The levers are moved by a rotating disc with which they are linked and whose movement produces an identical leverage in order to keep their rest points at the same height and equidistant from the axis of rotation of the tubular part.
