PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which can prevent peeling of a print even when surface printing is conducted with the ink of a natural setting type or a thermosetting type and which can prevent blistering in heat sealing. SOLUTION: At least one of a plurality of layers constituting the laminate 1 is constituted of synthetic paper of a foamed resin containing numerous minute foams and an inorganic filler, while the laminate 1 has no paper other than the synthetic paper of the foamed resin.
