PURPOSE:To provide a chemical washing method highly concentrating the solid in a washing soln. to discharge and circulate the washing soln. reduced in solid content to enable the continuation of washing, capable of efficiently performing washing in a short time by a reduced amt. of the washing soln. while reducing the quantity of corrosion and capable of reducing the amt. of washing water after washing. CONSTITUTION:A circulating washing soln. is introduced into the first centrifugal separator 5 arranged to a washing soln. circulating passage 2 to be separated into a first concentrate 5a containing the solid in the washing soln. and a first clarified soln. 5b and, thereafter, the first concentrate 5a is introduced into a second centrifugal separator 6 to be separated into a second concentrate 6a and a second clarified soln. 6b. The second concentrate 6a is further subjected to solid-liquid separation in a solid-liquid separation tank 7 and the obtained solid 7a is discharged out of the system while the separated soln. 7b is returned to the circulating passage 2 along with the first and second clarified solns. 5b, 6b. |
