PURPOSE: A handle for cosmetic use such as eye or lip pencil and/or brush is provided to make the pencil and/or brush move forward/backward and to replace it with new one. CONSTITUTION: The handle comprises a rotational outline(11) coupled to an auxiliary duct(30) and a rotational cap(10) formed with a securing trim(12) for fixing a coil spring(20) having pitches aligned at equal distances; the auxiliary duct(30) formed with guidance groove(31) to receive the coil spring(20). The auxiliary duct(30) comprises top and lower sliders(40,40a) engaged together by means of spring(45) and coupling groove(41) and projection(42) to allow protrusions(43,44) of the sliders(40,40a) to be interposed in pitches(21). The auxiliary duct(30) is closely pressed against barrel body(50) fitted in a head(103).
