FIELD: electric power generation by using wind energy. SUBSTANCE: tower 1 having outlet hole in bottom part accommodates air duct 3. Wicket-gate mechanism 4 is mounted at its inlet. Windwheel 5 is loosely mounted on shaft of mechanism 4 outside air duct 3, its diameter being greater than that of the latter. Shaft of generator 2 mounts windwheel for aerodynamic interaction with windwheel 5. Two design versions are described. In second version, windwheel 5 of a diameter greater than that of air duct 3 is loosely mounted outside on shaft of mechanism 4. Installed on shaft of mechanism 4 at inlet of other side of air duct 3 is vent windwheel 10 ; second wicket-gate mechanism 11 is provided upstream of it. Drive windwheel is installed on same shaft as loosely mounted windwheel 5. EFFECT: improved specific energy of stream due to installation of several windwheels for their aerodynamic interaction and improved efficiency of plant. 6 cl, 9 dwgc |
