<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a rendition property in a predicting rendition by allowing a rendition control means which is different from a game control means to change over and display a rendition picture or a pattern background. <P>SOLUTION: A pattern control means performs change control and rendition display control in a special pattern and a normal pattern. When the pattern control means receives a change pattern designating command and a subsequent pattern designating command from a main control means when the patterns are changed (S12: Yes), one background change-over probability table is alternatively selected according to the number of changes HN of the special pattern. (S14 and S15).
