PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively inhibit a moisture content contained in a blow-by gas passing through a downstream blow-by gas recirculation passage from freezing or icing and blocking a blow-by gas introduction port downstream of a throttle valve or being bitten by the throttle valve.SOLUTION: A blow-by gas control device 1 includes: moisture content determination means 52 for determining whether an accumulated moisture content that had been accumulated inside an oil pan 5 has reached a predetermined amount; and control means 53 for executing regulation control for regulating the blow-by gas from returning in a downstream position relative to the throttle valve 20 by a downstream passage 21 when the moisture content determination means 52 determines that the accumulated moisture content has reached the predetermined amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
