PURPOSE: A heat pipe is provided to allow for ease of construction, while reducing construction costs and procedures and fuel consumption. CONSTITUTION: A heat pipe(1) comprises a porous wick(4) arranged all over the outer surface of a heat source(2) mounted in the heat pipe of a panel type and the bottom surface of the heat pipe. The bottom surface and the top surface of the main body of the heat pipe are corrugated so as to increase a strength. The heat pipe accommodates the heat source, a working fluid(3) and the porous wick, to thereby integrate the heat pipe and the heat source into a single unit. The heat pipe has an outer surface on which radiation fins(5) are mounted.
