PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer which is capable of surely and effectively decomposing organic waste such as left-over food and food processing waste by using decomposer bacteria and enzymes and does not leave the waste undecomposed. SOLUTION: A charging opening 1a is installed at the upper central portion and a horizontal rotary shaft 2 is installed in a casing 1 which has a discharging opening at the lower central portion. Two scraping units 5a are attached to the center of the rotary shaft 2 and a rotary cutter 5 is installed on the tip of each scraping unit. A blade table for the rotary cutter 5 is protruded at the lower part of the central inside surface of the casing 1. Helical stirring vanes 3, 4 of different directions are mounted on the left and right sides of the rotary shaft 2. An opening and closing shutter 7 is installed at the discharging opening, and is provided with a driving part which pivots the rotary shaft 2. |
