PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a porous film having fine through pores only in an anodic oxidation treatment step, and to provide a device for producing the same.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a porous film, including a step to form pores on an aluminum film by anodizing the aluminum film made of aluminum or aluminum alloy in a treatment liquid, the treatment liquid has oxidation-reduction potential +1.5 to +3.5 V. The oxidation-reduction potential of the treatment liquid is controlled to +1.5 to +3.5 V, preferably by circulating a sulfuric acid-containing treatment liquid in a treatment tank 1 to an electrolysis cell 9, and producing a persulfuric acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
