PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod capable of more stably gripping a part of a reel seat, and to enhance strength of the reel seat.SOLUTION: In a reel seat relating to one embodiment, recesses are provided on right and left side surfaces on both circumferential sides of a fixed hood, respectively. The recess is elongated to a front side from a rear and upper side of a side surface of a body part of the reel seat and protruded toward the downside of the body part at a front-side end edge. |
