Quick mounting and release fixture

The clamp consists of a housing (3) in which an eccentric shaft (7) is mounted. Two discs (5) are mounted on the ends of the eccentric shaft. The discs extend into a mushroom shaped foot (6). The feet are a standard distance from one another to match holes in rails at standard pitches. The mushroom feet are first pulled to one side in the housing using the handle (9) on the eccentric shaft. The feet are then inserted in holes in the mounting rail after which they are moved lengthwise to clear the holes in the rail. The feet and housing are then clamped in position using the lever on the eccentric.
