PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor plug wherein, even used under high temperature condition for a long period, integrity of a caulked fix-attaching part between a sleeve tube 4 and a main bracket 1 is maintained with sure. SOLUTION: In a cylinder-like main bracket 1, wherein an engagement stage 10 is contained inside and a caulking cylinder part 54 is provided at its end part, a cylinder-like ceramics holder 3, wherein a detection element 2 is contained inside and a flange part 32 engaged with the engagement stage 10 is formed at its periphery, is inserted coaxially. A supporting cylinder 7 is inserted between the outer periphery of the holder 3 and the inner periphery of the main bracket 1, and a flange part 42 of a sleeve tube 4 wherein the flange part 42 is provided at its one end is made to contact to the supporting cylinder 7, and by caulking the caulking cylinder part 54 inward, the holder 3 and the flange part 42 are fix-attached for air-tight state between the caulking cylinder part 54 and the engagement stage 10. Thus, the supporting cylinder 7 comprises an insert cylinder part 74 which is inserted into one end part 41 of the sleeve tube 4 and an annular contact surface 73 which contacts to the flange part 42. |
