PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive which diminishes adhesive force by irradiating with an active energy ray in which a photoinitiator is not eluted to chemicals such as an etching liquid, and to provide a pressure-sensitive sheet which diminishes adhesive force by irradiating with an active energy ray obtained by applying the same. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive which diminishes adhesive force by irradiating with an active energy ray comprises a photoinitiator represented by general formula (I), an active energy ray reactive compound, and an elastic polymer.
