<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorella extract-containing material which is excellent in safety and storage stability without using a benzoic acid salt commonly used as a preservative. <P>SOLUTION: The chlorella extract-containing material is produced by adding a preservability improving agent containing capsicum extract to a liquid composed mainly of chlorella extract.
