PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment method and facility which can achieve a closed system of the facility performing water treatment using an ion exchange resin.SOLUTION: A water treatment facility comprises: an ion exchange treatment tank 12 which removes soluble organic components in raw water by an anion exchange resin; a coagulation sedimentation tank 13 which precipitates and separates suspension components by adding a flocculant; regeneration means 14 which regenerates the anion exchange resin; a solid-liquid mixing and separating tank 15 which mixes regeneration waste liquid generated in the regeneration means 14 and sludge precipitated in the coagulation sedimentation tank 13; and a liquid component return path 28 which separates and extracts a liquid component in a solid-liquid mixture mixed in the solid-liquid mixing and separating tank 15 to mix it with the raw water. |
