1. The new micromolecules are characterised by anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic action. They are characterised in that they consists of: 1.15-1.25 parts by mass of phenyl butazone, 0.77-0.83 parts by mass of salicylic acid, 3.8-4.16 parts by mass of castor oil, 3.42-3.74 parts by mass of cholesterol, 0.38-0.42 parts by mass of hydrocortisone acetate and a hydrophilic liquid, consisting of: 11.5-12.5 parts by mass of mannitol, 0.96-1.04 parts by mass of sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.96-1.04 parts by mass of a surface-active compound of the group of polyoxyethylenemonools and 178.9-193.0 parts by mass of water. 2. The method of producing new micro-molecules with anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic action, characterised in that 3.8-4.16 parts by mass of castor oil is heated in a mixer with a water jacket, heated up to the temperature of 90-92 degrees Celsius. Then, the following are dissolved in the mixture: 0.38-0.42 parts by mass of hydrocortisone acetate, 3.42-3.74 parts by mass of cholesterol, 0.77-0.83 parts by mass of salicylic acid and 1.15-1.25 parts by mass of phenyl butazone. Then, a hydrophilic liquid heated up to the temperature of 90-92 degrees Celsius is instilled, while constantly stirring the mixture. The liquid is obtained by dissolving the following in 178-193 parts by mass of water: 11.5-12.5 parts by mass of mannitol, 0.96-1.04 parts by mass of sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose and 0.96-1.04 parts by mass of a surface-active compound of the group of polyoxyethylenemonools. The resultant emulsion is cooled down to room temperature, while it is constantly mixed. The water from the suspension of micro-molecules is evaporated at the temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and the preparation is pulverised. |
