The object of the invention is to develop a coating system for dust-free enzyme granulates which opposes the destruction of the surface of an enzyme-containing granulate when uniformly applied thereon, improves the storage stability of the enzyme by creating a protective coating over the whole granulate, covers any inherent colouring of the uncoated enzyme granulate, eliminates any disagreeable smell of the uncoated granulate and ensures the solubility of the coated granulate. To attain this purpose, an enzyme granulate is disclosed which contains enzyme, an inorganic and/or organic substrate and a uniform, outer pigment-containing coating layer which consists of a coating system which contains 5 wt. % to 70 wt. % of a finely divided inorganic, water-insoluble pigment, 45 wt. % to 90 wt. % of a water-soluble organic substance solid at room temperature and with a melting point in a range from 45 DEG C to 65 DEG C, and up to 20 wt. % of a flowability improving agent. 00000
