PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator latch device of a hard disk drive. SOLUTION: The actuator latch device of the hard disk drive includes first and second protrusions 151 and 152 formed at two stages, that is, upper and lower parts of a rear end portion of the swing arm 132 of an actuator 130, and a latch lever 160 having first and second hooks 161 and 162 formed at two stages, i.e., upper and lower parts of the leading end of the lever. The first hook interferes the first protrusion of the swing arm primary-rotated in a first direction by shocks to arrest the primary-rotation of the swing arm in the first direction, and the second hook interferes the second protrusion of the swing arm secondary-rotated in the first direction by rebounding caused by collision of the first protrusion with the first hook to arrest the secondary-rotation of the swing arm.
