Disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising an acryloyl distamycin derivative of formula (I), wherein: R1 is bromine or chlorine, and R2 is a group of formula (II), wherein m is 0, n is 4, r is 0, X and Y are both CH and B is a group of formula (III), wherein R5, R6 and R7 are independently H or alkyl; and an antineoplastic topisomerase inhibitor of type I or II.
