PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arranging jig for screws provided with a pallet as an inner bottom having long groove holes and spot facing holes for positioning a number of screws in a desired arrangement pattern at one time, and an arranging method using the jig. SOLUTION: This jig comprises a box-shaped main body part 2 opened upward, a pallet having long groove holes 5 held in the main body part 2 and arranged in a desired pattern, and spot facing holes 6 arranged in these, and a cover body 4 provided with rod protrusions 7 having tip surfaces to respectively face the spot facing holes 6, head parts of a number of screws positioned to the spot facing holes 6 are covered with the tip surfaces of the rod protrusions 7 to be pressed, the main body part 2 as covered with it is turned upside down to eliminate excessive screws from the long groove holes 5, and the screws positioned in the arranged pattern are taken out with the pallet. |
