PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase speed by improving a gripper for conveying sheets through a printing technological machine in a type provided with a device for periodically opening/closing gripper fingers. SOLUTION: The gripper for conveying the sheets through a printer is provided with two gripper fingers 4, 5 at a rotating member; finger tips 13, 14 having gripping faces, at the ends of the gripper fingers; a device for periodically turning the gripper fingers around an axis 8; and a device for periodically opening/closing the gripper fingers. In this constitution, the finger tips are arranged at pivot joints 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 in the gripper fingers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
