PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel fixing fitment which is excellent in workability and can take a measure against an earthquake at low cost. SOLUTION: By using the fixing fitment 30A, a grating panel 12A and a frame member 20 are pinched between a plate 35 and a tip end block 33 by the energizing force of a coil spring 38 to retain and fix the grating panel 12A to the frame member 20. The mounting of the grating panel 12A to the frame member 20 is carried out by turning the expanding diameter part 40 with a tool while pushing it using the elasticity of the coil spring 38, thereby the tip end block 33 is caught to the frame member 20.
