PURPOSE:To improve each strength of a bolt and nut by arranging the reinforcing fibers twisted to the opposite direction side to the screw direction, on the periphery of the reinforced fibers arranged in one direction, loosening the reinforcing long fibers by the twist in the screwing direction in the not-yet-hardened state, shaping screw threads and carrying out hardening. CONSTITUTION:A composite sheet is wound to a cylindrical form so that the reinforcing long fibers are set in the bolt axis direction, and the tape shaped composite sheet consisting of the reinforcing long fibers arranged in the lengthwise direction is wound in 3-85 deg. in the axial direction on the cylindrical body. Then, loosening is applied by the twist in 3 deg. or more in the reverse direction to the winding direction, and the composite sheet is inserted into a metal mold, and shaping is carried out through melting, compression and cooling. Since shaping is carried out in the state where the long fibers are tightened by the twist in the screw advancing direction in shading, the torque strength its improved drastically, and at the screw thread shaping part, the screw thread is charged with long fibers by applying the loosening by the twist in shaping, and the torque strength and shaft force can be drastically improved substantially. |
