Provided is prepreg reducing a powder falling, and manufacturing a laminate having a good appearance at the same time. The present invention relates to the prepreg impregnating a fabric base material with a resin composition containing a thermosetting resin and an inorganic filler, and formed by a heating dry until a semi-cured state. The glass transition temperature by a dynamic viscoelastic measurement of the prepreg is 120-170 °C. |
