A system and a method for integrally controlling facilities are provided to enable a manager to process management properly by analyzing and processing information received from an RTU(Remote Terminal Unit), generating an alarm, and informing abnormality of the manager in real-time. A central control system(130) displays the data and generates an alarm, informs the alarm to a customer, and controls each local equipment remotely by collecting data from a plurality of local equipment(110), and analyzing and processing the collected data. An integral sensor module(111) collects various kinds of information for the inside of facilities. An RTU(115) processes the information collected from the integrated sensor module, transfers the processed information to the central control system, and controls a control module(112), a camera(113), and an alarm generator(114). |
