PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony structure of a building, capable of preventing water from flowing into a room from an opening on the balcony side even when a flood disaster which may submerge the building occurs.SOLUTION: A balcony body 21 having a floor part 21a and a wall part 21b of a balcony 20 is provided on a building body 10 movably in the vertical direction, and the balcony body 21 is raised, thereby closing an opening 11 of the building body 10 by the balcony body 21 and an eaves 13 for the balcony. Thus, even when a flood disaster such as a tsunami caused by earthquake or a flood caused by heavy rain which may submerge the building occurs, water immersion into a room 10a can be blocked by means of the balcony body 21 by raising the balcony body 21, and damages to the inside of the room 10a caused by water immersion can be prevented. |
