<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic imaging apparatus capable of avoiding the deterioration in image quality due to signal switching of an analog multiplexer or responsiveness of an analog signal amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: The analog multiplexer (analog MUX) 82 passes a plurality of analog charge information signals Sc1 indicating the charge information stored in each tracking/holding circuit (T/H circuit) 80 alternately in ascending and descending orders of channels. An output amplifier 84 amplifies the analog charge information signals Sc1 which have passed through the analog MUX 82, and an A/D conversion section 86 converts the signals from analog to digital to generate digital charge information signals Sc2. In addition, a signal correcting section 88 compares the digital charge information signals Sc2 corresponding to the analog charge information signals Sc1 which have passed through the analog MUX 82 in each of the ascending and descending orders, and corrects a radioactive image in response to results of comparison. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
