PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sure support of nursery stocks, so-called small trees and prevent the roots, etc., of the trees from damaging, mainly in regard to a method for carrying out support of relatively small trees such as nursery stocks or young trees and an adherend for root balls used for the supporting method. SOLUTION: This method for carrying out support of tree is characterized by attaching an adherend 1 composed of a natural material onto the upper surface of the root ball of the tree 10 and driving a fixing material 2 from the upper surface side of the adherend 1 to fix the peripheral part of the root ball 11 to support the tree 10.
