<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical film feeding device capable of smoothly and securely feeding a long film from which the cylindrical film is separated. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a feeding roller 21 pinching the long film LF fittedly inserted into a mandrel 10 between the clearance thereof from the mandrel 10 and continuously sending out the long film LF, a breaking roller 22 pinching the long film LF in the clearance thereof from the mandrel 10 and operating together with the feeding roller 21 to separate cap seals S from the long film LF at separation perforations M in order, and a sending out roller 23 pinching the separated cap seal S in the clearance thereof from the mandrel 10 and sending out the same from the mandrel 10.
