PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding method to fix and position the screw bush in the mold and integrate the screw member by the insert molding so that the prescribed position of the screw part of the screw bush becomes the prescribed position in the molding with a simple operation, and the stopper position and the valve position (valve closing position and valve opening position) of the rotor is regulated to a constant position.SOLUTION: The mold side positioning part formed to the mold side and the screw member side positioning part formed to the screw bush are fit to correspond to the position of the screw part of the screw bush. The screw member composed of the screw bush and the guide member are integrated by the insert molding by arranging the screw bush in the mold and injecting the molten resin in the mold.
