An appointment scheduling and management system is proposed. Through the use of time blocks of fixed duration and de-linked to the service time of the clients, the entire process of scheduling, cancellation, change and alert methods of the appointment system are made more efficient in execution, less demanding on resources and computer system. Web based deployment is enabled through use of a central database with system operating on a plurality of platform, including mobile devices. All participants in the system gain on efficient use of time, less human interaction, more automation and user on-demand access to information live and most current. |
