The present invention relates to an insulation structure of a cold storage for a ship. The insulation structure of a cold storage for a ship comprises: multiple fixing brackets which are installed in the bottom surface of a hull; fixing support posts which are coupled to coupling parts formed in the fixing brackets; an inner wall plate which is installed on the top of the fixing support posts; and a prefabricated unit insulation panel which is previously manufactured in a size of an insulation space between the bottom surface of the hull and the inner wall plate. Thus, the present invention remarkably reduces the manufacturing time of a cold storage as a welding work for forming an injection hole in the inner wall plate and closing the injection hole after an insulation material is injected is not required.
