摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron-conductive glass having electrical characteristics having moderate electric conductivity without the occurrence of electrostatic charge and dielectric breakdown and thermal characteristics not giving rise to deformation and breakage in a heat treating step, and not containing environmental pollutants, and a spacer for electron beam-excitation type display using the same. SOLUTION: The electron-conductive glass contains 30 to 70 mol% P2O5, 25 to 65 mol% transition metal oxide,≤25 mol% RO (R is an alkaline earth metal), and≤15 mol% R'2O (R' is an alkali metal).
