<p>The present invention concerns a device (30) allowing cars to continue running with flat or under-inflated tyres. The device is placed in the interior of the cavity and all around the rotary axis of a set (1) formed by a tyre (20) mounted on a wheel rim (10), including two sides (22, 23), a top and two spurs (24, 25) inserted into the wheel rim (10) and marking out said cavity between the interior of the tyre (20) and the wheel rim (10), said device (30) including means of locking said spurs (24, 25) against the lateral internal surface of said wheel rim (10) and characterised in that said locking means are designed to present a position, namely locking position, in which, when the device (30) is placed in the interior of said set (1), said locking means force said spurs (24, 25) against the lateral internal surface of said wheel rim, and at least one position in which the device (30) is placed in the interior of the set (1), said locking means allowing free movement of said spurs (24, 25).</p> |
