PURPOSE:To avoid the damage of a plunger and easily perform the maitenance thereof by adhering a spherical seat on the head part of a plunger, placing a block spherical seat engaged with said spherical seat, inside a connecting part cover, and having a leaf spring press both the spherical seats. CONSTITUTION:A spherical seat 3 is adhered to both the collar 1a and the projecting part 1b of a plunger 1 made of ceramics with bond 13 and stick to the collar 1a and the part 1b by the light shrinkage fitting work 14. On the other hand, the connecting part cover 7 is bolted to a metal rod 2 which is to be connected thereto, and a block spherical seat 4 which is made of ceramics or metal and is to be engaged with the spherical seat 3 is firmly placed inside the block spherical seat 4. In addition, a leaf spring 15 is put between the collar 1a and a lid 8, whereby pressing both the spherical seats 3 and 4 constantly to engage them with each other. When the plunger 1 bends, the spherical seats 3 and 4 align the plunger 1 to avoid damage thereof and the maintenance for disassembly can be performed easily.
