PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal accessible to information assets in a mobile system and the mobile system using the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: In the mobile system 10, when an operator uses the mobile terminal 12 to operate an access request to the information assets, an authentication unit 34 reads an electronic certificate to determine the certificate then authenticates that the operator is an authorized user. In a server 14 which has received the access request from the terminal 12, a situation determining unit 46 determines a communication route of the access request to determine the situation of the user, and since a control unit 48 controls access to the information assets in response to a user's degrees of reliability and safety, and a degree of importance of information to control an operation of the information in response to the situation of the user, the system 10 may prevent the information from the server 14 from being leaked due to a malfunction of the terminal 12 or due to malicious intent.
