PURPOSE:To prevent an inner filler, in which an exciting coil of an actuator is buried, from causing corrosion of the coil in the actuator and a hindrance to the movement of the moving part of the actuator for maintaining the stable reliability for a long period of time by mixing lubricating oil in the filler as an additive. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic actuator has an exciting coil 9 which converts magnetic energy to kinetic energy and is wound around a core member 1 consisting of a strong-magnetic material. The exciting coil 9 is fixed to the core member 1 and buried in an inner filler 10 (e.g. silicon resin) which is mixed with oil (e.g. machine oil) to reduce its viscosity. As a result, the filler 10 in which the exciting coil 9 is buried is prevented from causing corrosion of the coil in the actuator and a hindrance to the movement of the moving part of the actuator, and a stable reliability can be maintained for a long period of time. |
