摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an optical laminate excellent in thinness and lightness and durability by laminating a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal cell substrate via an activation energy ray curable adhesive, and to allow activation energy rays applied from the polarizing plate side to be consumed at a stage for curing the adhesive.SOLUTION: In an optical laminate 10, a liquid crystal cell substrate 1 and a polarizing plate 5 including a polarizing film in which dichroic dye is absorbed and oriented in polyvinyl alcohol resin are laminated via an adhesive layer 2, and the adhesive layer 2 is a cured material of an activation energy ray curable resin composition that contains an epoxy compound having at least one epoxy group in the molecule and also contains an ultraviolet absorber of 0.1-20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. solid content of the composition. The optical laminate 10 can be manufactured by a method for curing the composition layer by applying the activation energy rays from the polarizing plate 5 side in an arranged state of the composition layer.
