PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitting technique capable of outputting not a perfectly matched search output by a conventional search engine but a search result reflecting a searching user's search intention to the searching user, and enabling an information providing user to easily transmit information in a manner such that the transmitter thereof can be easily searched by an intended searching user by the transmission of information, whereby communications between the users can be smoothed. SOLUTION: To a server accumulating a registration matrix including a category, a theme and a keyword, a search matrix of the same data structure as the registration matrix is transmitted from a user terminal connected thereto through a network, and collated with the registration matrix, and a search result is output based on the similarity between both the matrixes.
