PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer program and a terminal device that has an increased security strength when an application is used from a portable terminal device.SOLUTION: An authentication processing part 13 has: an area table storing area data for specifying an area; and an area managing part determining the range of a predetermined area based on a plurality of positions shown by the area data. When a current position of a user terminal device 1 is not in the area, issuing a predetermined request to a server 5 by an operation processing part 11 becomes possible if a regular authentication processing part and an additional authentication processing part of the authentication processing part 13 make authentication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
