A method for manufacturing an electronic paper display using a transfer method is provided to prevent the deterioration of the reliability of the display device due to flexibility of upper and lower substrates by using a transfer substrate that is not warped. A lower substrate(10) is attached to a lower transfer substrate(40) and a lower electrode(11) is formed on the lower substrate to form a lower structure. Barriers(14) are formed on the lower structure. Electrophoretic particles are injected into pixel spaces defined by the barriers. An upper structure having an upper electrode formed on the backside thereof is attached to the barriers. The lower transfer substrate is removed. |
