PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a result of temperature detection after measuring the temperature of a plate for determining a load amount or an output value of upper and lower heaters.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a temperature detection part 2 for detecting a temperature of a plate 1 on which a cooked object is placed. Cooking is performed by changing outputs from an upper heater 5 and a lower heater 4 in accordance with the result of temperature increasing speed or the temperature of the temperature detection part, so that the front and rear surfaces of the cooked object are cooked in the same way to obtain excellent finish of the cooked object. |
