<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of preventing charging of combustible refrigerant of charging restriction limit value or more, improving safety by reducing its leakage, and reducing taking-out of a refrigerating machine oil to the outside of a system in repair. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This refrigerating cycle device 100 comprises a compressor 1 for compressing the combustible refrigerant, a four-way valve 2, an outdoor heat exchanger 3, an outdoor control valve 4a and an indoor control valve 4b, an indoor heat exchanger 5, a refrigerant charging flow channel 8 provided with a refrigerant charging valve 8v, a liquid storage unit 9 for separating a gas from the refrigerant and storing a liquid, a high pressure-side flow channel switching means 11, a low pressure-side flow channel switching means 12, and a bypass flow channel 30. The refrigerant charging valve 8v closes the refrigerant charging flow channel 8 when it is determined that the combustible refrigerant of the amount over the charging restriction limit value is charged, on the basis of that the combustible refrigerant is charged through the refrigerant charging flow channel 8, and the combustible refrigerant stored in the refrigerant storage unit 9 flows into the bypass flow channel 30.
