PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, image forming system, control method and program that are able to reduce unreasonableness felt by a user due to information about cancellation of full-load state when an ejection tray has accepted an image formation request with an ejection tray fully loaded.SOLUTION: If an image formation job is received from an external device 3 when an additional ejection tray has been fully loaded, it is determined whether transmission source information of the additional image formation job matches full-load relating information or not. If the transmission source information and full-load relating information match, full-load cancellation notification request relating to the cancellation of the full-load state is transmitted to the external device of the transmission source from which the new image formation job has been transmitted. If the transmission source information of the new image formation job received when the additional ejection tray has been fully loaded does not match the full-load relating information, a full-load cancellation notification request is not transmitted to the external device of the transmission source from which the new image formation job has been transmitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
