PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomolecule-based logic circuit which has affinity with a biochemical process of a living organism and is easily used within the living organism. SOLUTION: A nano spindle structure 140 constituting the logic circuit has a circular truncated cone shape with an upper face and a bottom face and includes a plurality of nano tube body structures 160 arrayed along the direction from the upper face 152 toward the bottom face 154. The nano tube body structures 160 are arrayed so as to increase the number from the upper face 152 to the bottom face 154. A current guide member for each of the nano-tube body structures is connected to a current guide member of a nano-tube body structure exposed on the upper face or the bottom face, and the current guide member of a nano-tube body structure exposed on the upper face is electrically connected to the current guide member of the nano-tube body structure exposed on the bottom face.
