<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of separating bonded body capable of easily and efficiently separating two members from each other, in the bonded body in which the two members are bonded to each other via a bonding film. <P>SOLUTION: The method of separating bonded body 1 in which a first base member 21 and a second base member 22 are bonded via the bonding film 3 containing silicone material includes a process of applying energy for separation to the bonding film 3 so that cleavage is generated within the bonding film 3 due to breakage of a part of molecular bonds constituting the silicone material and, thereby, separating the second base member 22 from the first base member 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
