TECHNIQUE FOR GENERATING ADAPTED INTESTINAL ANASTOMOSIS IN CASE OF PRONOUNCED DISPROPORTION BETWEEN DIAMETERS OF AFFERENT AND EFFERENT INTESTINAL SEGMENTS IN NEWBORNS

A technique for generating adapted intestinal anastomosis in the case of the pronounced disproportion between the diameters of afferent and efferent intestinal segments in the newborns provides for cutting longitudinally the blunt end of the afferent segment while the efferent end is dissected transversally. The rounded lips in the afferent and efferent segments are generated. The fixation ligatures are applied between the apices of the obtuse angles and at the center of the convexity. One-row non-interrupted adapted suture is applied onto anterior and posterior lips.
